A Bridge Outfit is designed for suspending current meters and samplers from a bridge into a river or canal. Manufactured using aluminium structure, it is as per IS 6064-1971 standards. It contains Winch Arrangement (gauging reel) fitted to the crane, used to lower or lift the current meter. It contains brake, ratchet/catch, crank, re-settable counter etc., all these components have their importance in its proper functioning.
